Since 'Friends' came to an end, Lisa Kudrow has remained extremely busy, however, her love for fellow cast members on the hit sitcom like Courteney Cox and Jennifer Aniston has not subsided.
The sitcom star was recently featured on the 'Ellen Show' and during the interview, she revealed an interesting piece of information in regard to whom she's closest with from the cast. Let's find out who she picked!
Which 'Friends' Co-Star Is Lisa Kudrow Closest To?
Not only is Lisa Kudrow closest to a certain cast member, but she also shares a close connection to the rest of the cast. Kudrow revealed that was especially apparent when the show came to an end.
"'I didn't realize until the show ended how rare it is how much this cast get along together and how much we still love each other,' Lisa said.
Sources backstage from the show would attest to this statement as well, claiming that the cast was so close, that they all shared a locker room together and would rarely talk to the guest stars.
"The cast was so close that they had all their dressing rooms moved to one end of the soundstage upstairs. The guest stars were put at the other end of the studio, and they rarely talked to them,” the production source said.
They continue to be just as close, decades and decades later. Lisa Kudrow at least revealed as much during her recent interview on the 'Ellen Show', making it clear that she's closest to one particular star from the popular sitcom.
Lisa Kudrow Recently Revealed That She Has A Soft Spot For A Specific 'Friends' Cast Member
On the 'Ellen Show', Lisa Kudrow was playing the game, 'Lisa Blank Kudrow', in which she was tasked to fill in the blank part of a statement.
- The 'Ellen Show' is nearing its final episode, which is set to take place on Thursday, May 26th.
One question that had the fans laughing would read, "The Friends co-star most likely to send an inappropriate meme is," in which Kudrow would name herself.
However, the question that really had fans talking was Kudrow's response to, "I would do anything blank asked me to." Kudrow answered the question easily stating, "Courteney Cox," she said. "That's easy." The answer certainly revealed which of the cast Kudrow is closest to.
Ellen teased Lisa for not picking her own son as the answer, to which Kudrow would say, "Well, she's an adult and I trust her," Kudrow clarified. "Actually, right now my son is an adult and I trust him."
Kudrow isn't the first cast member to express strong feelings for Cox, Aniston would also reveal to actually sleeping at Courteney's house when times got tough.
"I’ve slept in her guest bedroom a lot,' Jennifer shared. 'Without giving away too much of my private stuff, all I can say is she’s been there for me through thick and thin"
She added: "There's absolutely no judgment in Court. You'll never feel scolded. She's extremely fair, ridiculously loyal and fiercely loving."
Although both are close to Cox, they also themselves had a meaningful relationship, especially during 'Friends'.
Lisa Kudrow Also Shared A Close Relationship To The Rest Of The Cast
Just because Lisa spoke glowingly about Cox, doesn't mean she didn't have a close connection to Jennifer Aniston. In fact, it is very much the opposite, as Cox herself revealed that Aniston and Kudrow ate lunch together every single day during 'Friends', eating the same salad.
- Lisa Kudrow almost left 'Friends' during season 3, only to be talked out of it by Matt LeBlanc.
"Jennifer and Lisa [Kudrow] and I ate lunch together every single day for 10 years. And we always had the same thing — a Cobb salad,” Cox recalled in 2010. “But it wasn’t really a Cobb salad. It was a Cobb salad that Jennifer doctored up with turkey bacon and garbanzo beans and I don’t know what … if you’re going to eat the same salad every day for 10 years, it’d better be a good salad, right?”
There truly isn't anything fans love more than seeing how close the cast was back in the day, and still is up until this very day.
